Processing times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as order is dispatched.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 Australia-wide or $150 for international orders.

Be Lusch is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be posted in the mail within 30 days of receiving your order.
- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests for silk items that have been worn.
Returns and exchanges might take up to 5 days to process.
